As if this team hasn’t already taken years off my life, now they get to lose to a Panthers squad missing Tkachuk. It’s almost impressive. If I were a guy named Barry running this circus, I’d call it a season, tank for a draft pick, and stop pretending this roster is anything but a participation trophy right now. But no, we’re locked into a tragic love story with bad contracts and false hope.

Score prediction? 5-2 Panthers. Pain incoming, at least make it entertaining.
